It's OK to cancel the night class. I have a blister on the back of my left heel and it hurts to put on shoes. I barely made it through eliptical training this morning.

We seem to be in a pattern of intermittent rain showers.Soooo, I am going to hold a drop-in class at 5:00 for the 5:00 class. Bring $20 if you want to come. If you don't want to risk the rain it won't count against the session.
